Usman Adamu Dali Kamale (INEC: USMAN ADAMU DALI KAMALE; known as Adamu Kamale) is the All Progressives Congress (APC) deputy governorship candidate in Adamawa State, running mate to Aminu Ahmed Galadima, for the election of 6 February 2027 (INEC final list, 10 October 2026). INEC lists him as a 56-year-old man whose declared qualifications are the First School Leaving Certificate, WASC and an MSc; he has said his training is as a geologist. He represented Michika/Madagali in the House of Representatives in the 8th Assembly (2015-2019), elected on the PDP. He defected to the APC on the floor of the House on 23 May 2017, when he was the only PDP member from Adamawa, and returned to the PDP on 29 March 2020. By April 2023 he was the PDP's Deputy National Financial Secretary and co-agent in the Adamawa governorship election. Reports say he earlier served in the Adamawa State House of Assembly for about eight years (a figure relayed from a social-media post; unconfirmed). By July 2026 he was back in the APC: Governor Ahmadu Fintiri announced him as Galadima's running mate (Daily Trust, 18 July 2026). Some Michika residents questioned the choice and others defended it (The Trumpet, 13 August 2026). No court case or investigation naming him was found.
