Allegation, not adjudicated. At the 2011 election tribunal (ACN petition, dismissed 28 October 2011) the forged-result claim was raised and the tribunal chairman said the school's investigations were inconclusive. In a letter dated 7 September 2012 the University of Jos registrar told the National Assembly that a committee of its Senate found he never attended the university and could not claim its Advanced Diploma in Public Administration (CV claim: 2006/2007); the university published disclaimers, called a counter 'Re-Disclaimer' advertisement a forgery (Oct 2012), and said it had written to the SSS, police, EFCC, ICPC, INEC and the PDP. The Nation (2 Dec 2012) reported a 12 November 2012 petition by 124 constituents to Speaker Aminu Tambuwal seeking a House probe and a recall move, and that he had not honoured a police invitation. His response: "Let them forge ahead. They took me to court several times and failed. Let them go ahead with the recall process." No charge, House committee finding or court outcome was found.
