Rt. Hon. Engr. Yakubu Danladi Salihu is the Speaker of the 10th Kwara State House of Assembly. He was first elected to represent Ilesha-Gwanara constituency in the 9th Assembly and was re-elected in 2023, polling 14,949 votes versus PDP's 2,072. He emerged Speaker on March 18, 2023.
