Olanrewaju Osho (INEC lists him surname-first as Osho Olanrewaju) is the Social Democratic Party (SDP) candidate for the Federal Capital Territory Senatorial District in the Senate election of 16 January 2027 (INEC final list, 12 September 2026). INEC lists him as a 59-year-old man whose declared qualifications are the Primary School Leaving Certificate, WAEC/WASC, and B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees, with mass communication as the field. He has contested the FCT Senate seat before. His own author notes in Premium Times opinion pieces (2021-2022) describe him as a development specialist, author and pastor, Executive Director of Inspire Nigeria Initiative, and the 2019 FCT senatorial candidate of the Abundant Nigeria Renewal Party (ANRP); that seat was won by Philip Aduda (PDP) in February 2019. He was the SDP candidate for the same seat in the election of 25 February 2023, which INEC's returning officer declared for Ireti Kingibe (LP) on 28 February 2023; his own vote total was not found. In September 2026 he presented a 2027 agenda to online editors in Abuja that included a proposed FCT Agriculture Research and Development Council, council flats in the six area councils and more National Assembly seats for the FCT. Details of his 2026 SDP primary were not found in public sources as of October 2026.

Office history

No held-office record is linked. Career text or election participation does not replace a documented term.

Court & accountability records

No publishable record is linked here. This is a coverage gap, not a clean bill of health.

Asset disclosures

No sourced disclosure record is available here. No personal wealth figure can be inferred.

Spending & project delivery

This profile does not yet link expenditure or completed projects to documented responsibility. Approval alone does not establish delivery.

How sources and review work

A reviewed source may establish that an allegation was made; it does not establish guilt. Open each record’s sources to read its evidence. Historical reporting may not establish a case’s current status.
