INEC lists him as a 56-year-old man who declared a WAEC certificate. He is Nnaji's spokesperson: he spoke for Nnaji as minister in October 2025 and Premium Times calls him the former minister's spokesperson on 4 May and 11 October 2026. He was also named on INEC's final list for the 2023 Enugu governorship election as the All Progressives Congress (APC) deputy candidate beside Nnaji. The APC campaigned with George Ogara as its deputy instead; its chairman described Ngwu as a placeholder who had withdrawn, while Ngwu said a Federal High Court in Enugu had held Ogara's nomination valid on 8 December 2022 (Premium Times, 17 March 2023). The ticket came fourth with 14,575 votes. Nnaji's campaign announced a different running mate, Chijioke Peter Ugwu, on 25 September 2026 (Vanguard); INEC's list names Ngwu, and no source found explains the difference. When Ngwu was named and by whom, and his career before 2025, were not found.
