INEC lists her as a 49-year-old woman whose declared qualifications are the First School Leaving Certificate and a NABTEB certificate; for the 2023 election she declared the First School Leaving Certificate and the West African School Certificate. She styles herself 'Dr.' and 'Ambassador'; the basis of the doctorate (listed as D.Peace) was not established.
She is the founder and president of the Princess Victoria Ibokette Foundation, a faith-based NGO in Uyo that runs scholarships, skills and empowerment programmes for women and girls, and has described herself as a businesswoman.
In 2023 she contested the same seat as the African Democratic Congress (ADC) candidate; Aniekan Bassey of the PDP won the 25 February 2023 poll. For 2027 she is on the DLA ticket: claims before the final list that she had been disqualified were settled when INEC published the list. The date and details of her 2026 DLA nomination were not found.

What else should citizens be able to see?
A useful profile shows the limits of its evidence as clearly as the evidence itself.
No held-office record is linked. Career text or election participation does not replace a documented term.
Court & accountability records
No publishable record is linked here. This is a coverage gap, not a clean bill of health.
Asset disclosures
No sourced disclosure record is available here. No personal wealth figure can be inferred.
Spending & project delivery
This profile does not yet link expenditure or completed projects to documented responsibility. Approval alone does not establish delivery.
How sources and review work
A reviewed source may establish that an allegation was made; it does not establish guilt. Open each record’s sources to read its evidence. Historical reporting may not establish a case’s current status.
Suggestions from the community, awaiting review. These are not verified profile facts. Votes help reviewers assess suggestions; they do not establish whether a claim is true.
No community proposals are awaiting review. Know something missing or incorrect? Suggest a correction and include a source.
