Balah Adams is the All Progressives Congress (APC) deputy governorship candidate in Gombe State, running mate to Gwamna Jamil Isyaku, for the election of 6 February 2027 (INEC final list, 10 October 2026). INEC records him as a 63-year-old man who declared a First School Leaving Certificate and a Higher National Diploma (HND). The APC state chairman said on 7 September 2026 that no running mate had yet been named, so he was chosen between then and INEC's publication of the final list on 10 October 2026.
