INEC lists him as a 60-year-old man whose declared qualifications are the First School Leaving Certificate, a GCE and a master's degree in education (printed as 'M. ED'). A 'Haruna Babangida' on INEC's 2023 list (NNPP, Yankwashi State House of Assembly, age 40, primary certificate) was not linked: different age and qualification.
