Nafisat Usaku Abubakar, listed by INEC surname-first as "Abubakar Nafisat Usaku", is the Democratic Leadership Alliance (DLA) vice-presidential candidate, as running mate to Moses Olusoji Adebisi, for the presidential election of 16 January 2027. INEC's final list of candidates (12 September 2026) gives her age as 35 and her declared qualifications as the First School Leaving Certificate, the Senior Secondary School Certificate and a Bachelor of Science degree; the schools and years were not found. She and Adebisi are the youngest pair on the list, and she is one of four women among the 18 vice-presidential candidates. She is a substitute nominee. When INEC displayed the candidates' particulars on 1 August 2026, the DLA ticket was Samuel Memeh and Balogun Alex; the party replaced both before the substitution window closed on 22 August 2026. Her state of origin, her occupation and any earlier political or public role are not yet established on the public record.

INEC final list of candidates (Presidential), published 2026-09-12 — SN 9; INEC name: ABUBAKAR NAFISAT USAKU; age 35; female; qualification (as declared to INEC): FSLC SSCE BSc Running mate to Moses Olusoji Adebisi on the Democratic Leadership Alliance (DLA) ticket, as a substitute nominee. When INEC displayed the candidates' particulars on 1 August 2026, the DLA ticket was Samuel Memeh with Balogun Alex as running mate (The Punch, TG News, 2 August 2026). The DLA replaced both before the substitution window for presidential and National Assembly candidates closed on Saturday 22 August 2026 (Adebisi through a substitution primary reported on 20-24 August 2026); the day she was nominated was not published, and no party statement unveiling her was found. Ripples Nigeria (13 September 2026) reported her "replacing Balogun Alex as the vice presidential candidate". INEC's final list of 12 September 2026 confirms the ticket (SN 9). She and Adebisi, both 35, are the youngest pair on the list, and she is one of four women among the 18 running mates. Poll day is 16 January 2027. A running mate is nominated, not elected at a primary.
