Jerry Jerry is the National Rescue Movement (NRM) governorship candidate in Abia State for the election of 6 February 2027 (INEC final list, 10 October 2026), with Nathaniel Ngozi Oyedia as his running mate. INEC lists him as a 61-year-old man whose declared qualifications are the First School Leaving Certificate, the Senior School Certificate and a BSc. When INEC displayed the governorship candidates' particulars in Umuahia (reported by Vanguard on 2 September 2026), only the party's deputy governorship candidate for Abia was named. Details of the 2026 NRM primary, his career and any earlier public office were not found in public sources as of October 2026.
